Back in the States, Mischa Barton was spotted making her way around Beverly Hills with her pet pooch Charlie on Friday afternoon (July 3).

When she came out of the cubicle she was complaining about people knocking on the door. She looked slightly worse for the wear as she attempted to apply her make-up.”
